How Swap Works

What does swapping a gift card mean?
  • Swap converts eligible unused PlusGiftCard value from one participating brand to another.
  • You choose the amount and replacement brand before confirming.

Which gift cards are eligible for Swap?
  • Gift cards purchased through PlusGiftCard or received and accepted through PlusGiftCard may be eligible.
  • The gift must have available value and show a Swap option in Wallet.

Can I swap only part of my balance?
  • Yes.
  • You can swap part of an eligible balance, provided the amount meets the displayed minimum.
  • The rest remains in your Wallet.

Can I swap a gift card I purchased for myself through PlusGiftCard?
  • Yes.
  • A gift card you bought for yourself through PlusGiftCard can be swapped when it shows as eligible in Wallet.

Is there a minimum amount required to swap?
