Yes. You must be signed-up to buy or sell gift cards securely.

Q4. Are there any fees for buying or selling gift cards via Trade?

No. PlusGiftCard does not charge any listing or transaction fees and is completely fee-free.

Q5. What is Trade Buy on PlusGiftCard?

Trade Buy lets you purchase e-gift cards listed by other users (sellers) and receive them instantly in your wallet.

Q6. How do I find gift cards available for sale?

Use the Search bar to look up brands, apply brand filters, or sort offers by price (Low–High or High–Low).

Q7. What details can I see before buying a gift card?

Each listing shows the brand, seller comments, discount, price, and expiry date before you place an order.

Q8. Can I review the order before confirming my purchase?

Yes. Clicking Select opens a Preview Order where you can double-check all details before buying.

Q9. How quickly do I receive the gift card after purchase?

Instantly. Once you place the order, the gift card balance updates in real time in your PlusGiftCard wallet.

Q10. How can I ensure that the seller will deliver the gift card balance?

All trades happen inside PlusGiftCard. The gift card balance is released to you instantly only after your payment is confirmed—no manual handoff, no risk.

Q11. How do I pay when buying gift cards from other sellers?

Payment process is exactly the same whether you are buying gift cards directly from PlusGiftCard or buying from other sellers. You can use either your saved credit cards or use a new credit card.

Q12. Why should I buy from a seller instead of directly from the brand?

Buying from sellers often means better value. You can get gift cards at discounted rates while still enjoying the same brand redemption benefits.

Q13. What is Trade Sell on PlusGiftCard?

Trade Sell allows you to list your unused e-gift cards for sale directly from your wallet.

Q14. How do I sell a gift card?

Select a gift card from My Wallet, set your price, discount, expiry, add comments, preview the order, and place the listing.

Q15. Can I sell more than one gift card at a time?

You can list multiple gift cards for sale—even from different brands.

Q16. Can I edit or cancel a listing before publishing it?

Yes. You can edit or cancel the listing during the preview stage before placing the order.

Q17. How long does my gift card listing stay active?

Your listing remains active until the expiry date you set. Unsold cards stay safely in your wallet.

Q18. When do I get paid after my gift card sells?

Instantly. Once a buyer completes the purchase, funds are credited to your wallet immediately. And, then you can submit a request for withdrawing cash.

Q19. Are discounts required when selling gift cards?

Yes. Adding a discount helps attract buyers and improves the chances of a quick sale.

Q20. Can I withdraw my gift card listing after posting it?

Yes. You can cancel your listing anytime by clicking Cancel. Once cancelled, the gift card is removed from Trade and returned safely to your wallet.

Q21. Can I sell a gift cards not purchased on PlusGiftCard platfrom?

Unfortunately at this time, we only support buying and selling gift card issued through Plusgiftcard platform.
